Fan wiring

This fan is customized with the mounting of a 2-way Molex connector.
A traceability label is placed on the conductors.

Deutsch USB cord

This USB cable is also equipped with two waterproof Deutsch connectors.
The whole is arranged under an extensible sheath. A self-protecting label identifies the product.

Electromechanical assembly

This electromechanical assembly consists of: a lexan, a mains socket, a led, a push button, a switch.
The assembly is connected by a small harness equipped with lugs and a screw connector.

The UL wires are soldered on the potentiometers and protected by thermo sheaths.
The other end is fitted with capped 2.8x0.5 Faston terminals.

Overmolded connectors

The 2-way Superseal connectors have been reinforced. At the back of the connectors, there is a waterproof overmold.

Shielded Cable Assembled

This shielded cable is equipped with a JST connector for connection to a printed circuit. A shield connection protected by a thermo sheath is connected in the connector. A second heat-shrink sheath covers the cable sheath for finishing.

Jack connectors

KY wires are soldered on a Jack base, the other end is tinned for soldering on PCB.

Switchable socket harness

This harness is made up of a PCB with switches and an overmolded C13 socket. The low pressure overmoulding is made with polyamide resin, this gives the socket a perfect seal. A QR code is added to the overmoulding, which summarizes all the traceability of the product and the components.

This wiring is made up of silicone-coated glass braid wires and nickel-coated steel lugs.

This harness is associated with a box in which is located: a power calculator, a power supply, a few connection terminals.
The automotive connectors are waterproof, the wires marked with FLRY inkjet are arranged in ringed sheaths.

This electrical harness in an extendable sheath is equipped with Souriau connectors. There are maintenance loops at each end.

This control harness is equipped with several connectors: a multi-function circular switch, a plug-in relay, various connectors and limit switches.

This LiYY cable is equipped with HE14 connectors at the ends. The cable gland is coated with an explosion-proof resin.

This electromechanical assembly has 2 DIN rails on which are mounted: a modular socket and circuit breakers, connection terminals.
The connection of the various components is made with H07V-K colored wires in a PVC sheath.
